We keep our returns process simple and fair like our delivery process - unlike other companies in the industry who make you jump through hoops to return products. We don't want you to have the difficulty and hassle of contacting couriers, paying extortionate returns fees and taking full responsibility for returns - so we created hassle free, easy returns.
Our returns policy is simple - we'll come and collect your return from your location, on a day of your choosing. The collection charge may vary as follows:
  • For collections of accessories only, this charge is £29.95 + 10% of your returned accessories value
  • For collections of packed products, this charge is £49.95 + 10% of your returned packed items value
  • For collections of made to measure products (such as carpets, vinyls and artificial grasses), this charge is £49.95 + a 50% Made to Measure fee

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods for any other reason within 30 days from the day of delivery, however, this will incur a collection charge. Book a Collection

A few little notes

  • We offer hassle free returns up to 30 days after delivery.
  • A collection fee of £49.95 + 10% of your returned packed items value will be deducted from your refund when returning pack products to us. This is to cover the cost of the collection process.
  • A £49.95 collection fee and a 50% 'Made to Measure' fee will be deducted from your refund when returning made to measure items (such as carpets, vinyls and artificial grasses), because these items are cut to order for your specific needs.
  • For any goods that you send back to us, we'll refund them at the price you purchased them at, including sale items. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're well packaged and packed to avoid damage in transit! Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected.
  • All returns are required to be in their original box/bag, unaltered and securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
