Can this floor be floated?: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! As this is an engineered wood, it can be installed by either laying as a floating floor, glued or nailed to the sub-floor. If you are looking to install as a floating floor, I would recommend the following adhesive: https://www.directwoodflooring.co.uk/impero-grip-adhesive-glue.html. If installing as a floating floor, we would recommend the Timber Gold Underlay due to its noise reduction and thermal qualities: https://www.directwoodflooring.co.uk/timberlay-gold-rolls.html.
