Q&A

Hi, although this is labelled as pet-friendly, I cannot see any mention about whether it will get hot in the sun? Which of your products would keep the coolest temperature for little paws please?: Hello, thank you for getting in touch. All of our grass will get hot in the summer however they will only get as hot as real grass or concrete would however, I would recommend a lighter green colour such as the Lucerne - https://www.grass-direct.co.uk/artificial-grass/lucerne-artificial-grass.html. You can also keep the grass cool by keeping it in the shade or cooling it with a hose. I hope this helps, if you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us, Kind Regards, Christina.
Do you have installation service: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! If you could please contact our sales team on 03308 182 500 or via, [email protected] we will pass your details onto your nearest Showroom & they will be able to put you in contact with a local Landscape Gardener for quotes. Can the grass be laid on existing terrace. We are looking at Hollywood top grade: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! We would recommend looking at grasses with a pile height of no higher than 30mm. We would also suggest contacting your home insurance provider to ensure the weight of the grass does not impact the coverage of your roof/terrace space. I hope this helps! If there is anything else we can assist with, please do not hesitate to get back in touch. Kind Regards, Katie.
