Who we are.
Flooring Superstore (Connection Flooring Ltd) is an award-winning flooring retailer. After starting online in 2012, we expanded our product range and entered into new market areas to strengthen and continue our ambitious growth plans.
Flooring Superstore is our leading brand, selling a wide range of floor types. Direct Wood Flooring and Grass Direct are more specialist brands focusing on smooth flooring and artificial grass, respectively.
We operate our own delivery network with a national fleet of vehicles, supported by regional depots to allow customer delivery across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we began opening retail stores in 2017 to complement our online presence. Since then, we have opened 40+ stores nationwide and plan to continue this rollout in the coming 3-5 years to assist us in our quest to become the UK's no.1 flooring retailer.

I'm Andy Gibb, I work in the Health, Safety & Compliance team and I urge you to begin your career here at Flooring Superstore.
I Started my career at Flooring Superstore in August of 2021 and before that I spent most of my working life looking for a company I can settle in, that shares my values and I can progress my career through, not just another ‘job’ and Flooring Superstore is the company.

I started with Flooring Superstore in May 2019 where I soon realised I had made one of the best choices in my working career, Fast forward 3 years I have never looked back. The company welcomed me with open arms and the vibe from the team at Gillingham and through out the company was amazing.
Working together with every corner of the company I have been a part of the growth at Gillingham depot and have progressed within the company from a Customer Service Delivery Specialist moving on to become the Depot Supervisor . From there as the depot grew I then moved on to become the Depot Manager and have never looked back.

Providing that expert product advice in a welcoming environment, sometimes you just want to go into a store and we have that covered too. With over 40 stores already and another 80+ planned over the next 3 to 5 years our store staff are our face of the business. All our staff are provided with the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in the role. If this seems like a fit for you then we are waiting to hear from you.
In Tech, we support every brand and every function that needs us across the entire business. We deliver critical customer-facing and internal stakeholder facing systems; that’s everything from the provision of colleague tech across our Offices, Stores, Warehouse and Depots to all front-end websites and apps.
