The Harbour Oak laminate floor from the Villa collection has a genuine solid oak appearance thanks to a textured surface, realistic wood effect pattern and planks with 4-sided V-grooves. More affordable, easier to clean and designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, the laminate floor provides a convenient alternative to solid wood flooring while offering the same rustic good looks. The 12mm thickness combines with the AC5 rating to ensure Harbour Oak will withstand the pressures of a fast-paced family home or bustling commercial space with the same elegance. Beautiful and rustic, the floor will suffuse any room with a welcoming atmosphere, adding a warm tone to modern interiors. The eco-friendly materials, impressive durability, and anti-bacterial coating bring more peace of mind.

Hello Does this product come in 20mm thickness ?. If so what is the price per pack?. Regards Brian Jorgeson: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! Laminate flooring as a product doesn't come in any thicker planks than 12mm. The Villa is 12mm and is suitable for heavy domestic as well as commercial use. The price per pack for this would be £25.79, as each pack has a coverage of 1.29m². If you are looking for a 20mm product, I would recommend an Engineered Wood. Could I use this on the floor of a hot yoga studio? max temp 35oC: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! As this is an AC5 graded Laminate it is perfect for areas such as Yoga Studios. We would recommend Underfloor Heating no higher than 27 degrees. However, this is due to direct contact with the heat. If this is the general temperature of the room this should be fine. I would advise leaving adequate expansion around the perimeter so the flooring can move with temperatures. An alternative to Laminate would be our EvoCore range which has been tested up to 36-degrees, please see the following recommended products: https://www.directwoodflooring.co.uk/evocore-flooring.
