Hi, Can this be used in a bathroom and a kitchen, only I plan to have this floor in the rest of my flat and would prefer to have the same flooring throughout?: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! It is not recommended to fit this Engineered Wood Flooring in an area where water damage is likely, such as a bathroom. Instead, we would recommend a fully waterproof flooring from our EvoCore range, which can be found here: https://www.directwoodflooring.co.uk/evocore-flooring. HELP! I have just brought this floor, love it but ... a decorator has ruined it. Any tips on getting white emulsion off of it? It is all in the groves and hot soapy water isn't doing the trick. I am worried if I use anything more invasive it will ruin the finish. Thankyou Sophie: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! I am sorry to hear this has happened you must be devastated. Fortunately, I can suggest a remedy for you. As an Engineered Wood flooring, you could sand off the top 1mm layer and re-oil the flooring. We have two dogs and are a little worried of claw marks this would be fitted in the living room: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! If scratch marks are a concern, I would recommend EvoCore which is scratch resistant. The 'Nature' range is most similar to this product and also features a Solid Wood veneer.
