Q&A

Hi Could you tell me which color profile I would need for this floor Thanks: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! Unfortunately, there is not a direct colour match accessory to this flooring. The closes match I would recommend is from our EvoCore range, which is the Golden Victorian Oak: https://www.directwoodflooring.co.uk/catalog/product/view/id/29304/s/evocore-golden-victorian-oak-t-profile/category/655/. I hope this helps! If there is anything else we can assist with, please do not hesitate to get back in touch. Kind Regards, Katie.
Is there a stair pack available for this flooring?: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! We do not supply stair packs, the same products used for the flooring can also be used on the stairs, they are just cut down to size. We do also supply Stair Nosing to finish the edge of the stair, for this flooring I would recommend the WS4 Stair Nosing which can be found here: https://www.directwoodflooring.co.uk/ws4-stair-nosing.html I hope this helps if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind Regards, David
Can this be used in a kitchen?: Hello, thank you for getting in touch! I can confirm this flooring can certainly be used in a kitchen as it is moisture resistant! If you are still concerned about moisture I would recommend looking into the Joint Protector: https://www.directwoodflooring.co.uk/impero-joint-protector.html. I hope this helps! If there is anything else we can assist with please do not hesitate to get back in touch. Kind Regards, Katie.
