Great quality carpet for price "I’ve used Flooring Superstore in the past and found their customer service was excellent. This time around, 3 years later, they don’t have any telephone customer service support and I was told by the sales team to use the online chat facility. This is ok for me, but won’t suit everyone. My carpet “off cut” was a completely bargain price in the sale, but after 3 weeks of failed delivery attempts it was clear the off cut didn’t exist. The Customer Service team were eventually able to help and provided me with a replacement carpet in the colour of my choice, but the delays and online only customer service options let them down a bit this time.
